I didn’t set out to be a wedding photographer. Weddings always seemed too formal, too much emphasis spent on the least important aspects. I didn’t really get it. But after photographing my first wedding for a friend, I realized how incredible it felt to tell the whole story of the day — start to finish — the connection, the significance of the vows, the whole love story, and preserve moments that would be cherished for a lifetime. Thirteen years and 300+ weddings later, I’m still in love with it.
