What to Wear for Your Summer Elopement in Florida

Planning a beach elopement in FL is something special. The breeze off the ocean, warm sand under your feet, and the quiet feeling of being somewhere beautiful with the person you love. For dresses, lightweight fabrics are your best friend.

Chiffon and lace photograph beautifully, and they are surprisingly beach friendly. If sand gets on them, it usually dusts right off.

Look for fabrics that breathe. Flowy silhouettes also move beautifully in the wind and give the photos that epic feel!

For guys, the beach is a great place to skip the full suit. A linen suit works wonderfully if you love the look. But a nice button-down shirt without a jacket can feel just right for the setting.

Choose colors and fabrics that will not show sweat easily.

Light neutrals, soft earth tones, and relaxed textures photograph so well, even if you're feeling a little extra warm!
